The Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office, Mr. Louis Paul MOTAZE set the pace for all the staff of the Permanent Secretariat. He was immediately followed by the Special Advisers, namely,  Professor TOUNA MAMA, Mrs. DOOH Bertha and Mr. WADT-ZELA FONYE Francis. The rest came in a hierarchical order, from Chargé de Mission to junior staff.

Next was the turn of the workers at the Cabinet of the Head of Government, led by its Director, Dr. GHOGOMU Paul MINGO. Monsignior Befe Ateba opened the curtains for the auxillary services as head of the National Communication Council.

The rest of the members of the attached services came in the following order, the National Good Governance Programme led by Mrs. Lydia Efaimba; the National Road Board led by Mr. Moumbain Matapit Issofa; the National Council for Regulation and Competitivity, the National Council for Decentralisation led by Mr. Appolinaire Penda; the Support Council for the  Realisation of Partners'; and the Agency for the Regulation of Public Contracts led by its recently appointed Director General, Mr. NGO EKANGA Joseph.

The Security personnel, including both Police and Gendarme Officers came on stage for a display that showcased the discipline of their corps, and which attracted the greatest attention. They were led by their boss, Colonel DEKE Joseph.

Media personalities covering the activities of the Head of Government handed their cameras and notebooks to other colleagues in order to shake hands with the Prime Minister. The Special group included the Communication Unit of the Division for Culture, Communication, Sports and Youth Activities, Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV) staff on Secondment, and Cameroon Tribune.

The Protocol Service closed the chain of greeters, led by Mr. Victor OBEN, Director of Protocol at the Prime Minister's Office.

The Prime Minister was being honored barely four days after he had led the Government to Unity Palace where, alongside the diplomatic corps he enjoyed the privilege of greeting the Head of State, His Excellency Paul Biya. It was also the fourth time since his appointment on the 30th of June 2009 that he was presiding the traditional ceremony.

The ceremonial closed with a banquet dinner set up in buffet style at various spots to accomodate all those who had taken part in the event.
